Team Fusion is a community of dragon boat enthusiasts who come together to paddle, race, and have fun on the water. Founded in 2006 by our coach, Eric “Ducky” Ledecky, and 13 paddlers from 6 different Rose Festival teams, our founding members “fused” together as a dedicated team to compete in races throughout Oregon, Washington, and beyond.

Team Fusion’s roster is a medley of paddlers with varying ages, experiences, and gender identities. No matter your background or ability, we believe everyone has something to contribute. It is only when we foster an environment that promotes unity, collaboration, and create a strong sense of belonging can we all have fun.
