The Knuckle Dragons hail from The B-Side Tavern, Portland Oregon. We have been described as comedic, charming, juvenile, boorish, churlish, insolent, crass, despicable, intimidating, and laughable (Ha!). We freely claim all of these epithets. We strip sport of its oppressive competitiveness and lay bare its base component, joy. We are truly enlightened. Every April we rise, and for ten hour-long practices relish the burning of muscles long forgotten and the splash of polluted water on our faces. We drink, paddle, and sing, laughing maniacally as we hurl ourselves into the Abyss, knowing that while we mortals crawl upon this accursed sphere like ants, in His house at R'lyeh, dead Cthulhu waits dreaming.
