Dragon Rose, an all-women team, has its roots solidly planted in the Rose Festival Dragon Boat Races, starting with the very first competition in 1992. Since then, team members have come and gone; yet two members remain: Jaimi Anke & Debbie Dimoff. Their love of the sport has been infectious over the years, resulting in the recruitment of core members, many of whom have competed for a decade or more. Each year, as spring approaches, we look forward to finding ourselves on the water, reconnecting with old friends and meeting new team members. Rain or shine, we practice with determination to be the best that we can be.
