Dozens of teams from the Pacific Northwest and around the world will compete in the Portland Rose Festival’s dragon boat races. The event is free and will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 10-11. KGW Sunrise anchor and reporter Drew Carney hit the water with the Snapdragons team for a preview of the fun.
