Begin the REGISTRATION Process Here!

We are excited to introduce the new Registration process as part of the Race Management System that will handle Seeding as well this coming season.

New Registration Process

  • Coach Registration — ⬅️ Start Here!
    • A Coach is the main team manager, capable of registering multiple teams. Once registered they can login to the site at https://pksca.net/wp-admin. This account can be used going forward for registering teams in future seasons.
  • Login — Visit the Race Management section to register your team.
  • Register a team — You will receive 3 emails, a team registration confirmation, a captain account email (if one was created), and a team account email. The Captain and Team accounts can be re-used in future seasons.
  • Captain accounts — They should be shared with anybody on the team chosen to be captains, and can fully manage the team.
  • Team accounts — They should be shared with all teammates, they will be able to manage their roster slots and sign waivers with that account which is accessible from the Teams page.
  • Practice Schedule — Schedule your practice slots, 3 hours per team, accessible from the Teams page, viewable here.
  • Pay your Fee — You can pay from the Race Management System (Zeffy or via Check).

  • 2026 PKSCA Dragon Boat Race
  • Waivers
    • Online Waiver (Login to Fill Out) – This is the preferred method for team members to complete waivers. You can access it form the Race Management System by going to Teams -> Manage Roster and filling out your teammate slot and clicking sign waiver. For minors the waiver will be sent to their guardian to fill out.
    • Paper Waiver – for Printing and to be turned in to your Coach/Captain. The paper waiver is a fillable PDF. Once downloaded and opened in Adobe Reader, all of the form fields at the bottom, except for the signature lines, can be filled in on a computer and then printed. It makes the printing more legible than writing by hand.
