Our annual traditional-style dragon boat race held during the Portland Rose Festival. Free to the public. Come and enjoy an exciting weekend of Dragon Boat Races and local food and shopping vendors.

Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association, with the assistance of the local chapter of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, offers a modest scholarship to a local high school student each year.
