The Portland Kaohsiung Sister City Association (PSCA), Portland Rose Festival, and David Douglas School District invite local families to host a group of 54 talented students from Kaohsiung Girls High School in Taiwan during the 2026 Portland Rose Festival.
Hosting these students offers a unique opportunity for cultural exchange and meaningful friendships.
